TEAesk Lemongrass & Ginger

Ginger has been an important herb in many ancient traditional medicines and one we have all come to know and love. The most notable; is remedy for easing nausea, vomiting and upset stomach. Ginger is also a warming herb and as an herbal infusion may assist in relieving cold and flu symptoms, joint pain and poor circulation.

Although this tea can be enjoyed for its wonderful flavour alone, lemongrass and ginger has been used by different cultures and ancient medicine for many benefits.

Ingredients: Organic Lemongrass, Organic Ginger.

Water temperature is vital to achieving best flavour from your herbal infusions. With dried herbs, flowers and fruits, the hotter, the better, as it helps extract the wonderful oils they hold.

Add 1 tbsp per 200ml

Use 100 degree water. Boil water, (ideally, use cold spring water and bring it to a boil), then pour into your brewing vessel.

Add herbs immediately

Brew 5-7 minutes (The longer the stronger, we like to brew it for 7 minutes).You can also add an extra tsp for a stronger brew.
