Item prices may change. Your shopping cart will reflect the most recent price.

Prices exclude shipping and handling charges which will be calculated at checkout. Sales tax (GST) may be applied where applicable based on shipping address.

Prices held in shopping cart does not reserve the price for the product at that time, and prices are reserved only after an order has been submitted.

Discounts and final sale promotions are not eligible for any other offers, and final sale promotions are not eligible for refund.

Free shipping applies to your final order total after any discounts have been applied (this includes discount codes, customer loyalty points redemption, refer a friend etc), not the original full price.

PRODUCT OWNERSHIP

When you have placed your order, we will send you an acknowledgement that we are processing your order, this is not an acceptance of ownership transfer.Ruah Organic owns the products until we ship the goods to you with full payment.

 

PAYMENT

You may pay with a Credit Card that belongs to you or that you have permission to use. All cardholders are subject to validation and authorisation checks by the card issuer. If the card issuer refuses payment to us, we are not liable for any delays or non delivery.

 

RISK

Risk of loss and damage of the products are passed onto you upon delivery. Although our products are carefully formulated, should you develop adverse reactions, we will not be held liable once ownership of product is passed onto you.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Upon placement of your order, you will be sent an order confirmation to your email address. This also confirms that we have received your order. If you have not received an order confirmation, please verify that you have completed the payment process.

Ruah Organic products are shipped within Australia only. Our shipping is conducted by Australia Post via Standard Delivery and are calculated within this website’s shopping cart.

DELIVERY TIME

Your online order is processed and despatched to Australian Post and the estimated shipment time is 3-10 business days.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

All shipments may encounter delays due to high volume or bad weather that extends beyond the expected delivery time frame provided by the carrier.

 

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Ruah Organic products have a 7-day return policy. If you changed your mind or received the incorrect product with your online purchase or it arrives damaged, simply return the unused product and we will gladly issue a refund/exchange. Returned products must be received unopened/unused and in resalable condition.

Please note that purchases made using Gift Certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Prior to returning your item(s), please email us your order number and the reason for your return request.

Most exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt and are shipped via Standard Service. Transit time for exchange packages is usually 5-7 business days from the time the exchange is shipped. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Once received we will send an email confirming the receipt and processing of your return or exchange request. Return shipping fees are not refundable.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for Ruah Organic products purchased through other retailers. Only products purchased on this site may be returned for refund.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift Certificates are an ideal way to offer that special someone an indulgent and blissful experience. The perfect gift for any occasion. Instant gift vouchers can be purchased on our website. Alternatively, gift vouchers can be purchased by phone or email and posted to you the same day.  Valid for 3 years. Gift Certificates, and purchases made by Gift Certificates, are non-refundable.

Gift Certificates are not classed as products, so they cannot be returned or refunded. Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.

All discounted and promoted services that involve a gift certificate can NOT be changed or used toward product. They also are valid for 6 months as they have been purchased at a discounted price. Ruah Organic is not obliged to redeem your gift voucher if you exceed the expiration date. 

 

APPOINTMENT RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

We understand that sometimes it is necessary for you to change your schedule. However, your booking time is totally allocated to you and no-one else. Therefore, out of consideration for your therapist and those clients who have missed a booking due to their allocated time slot being booked, we kindly ask you to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling, or a full service fee will apply.This also applies for gift vouchers.

Cancellations are only accepted during office HOURS by phone or email.

A credit card or gift voucher number will be required to secure your appointment. Please do not request changes to our policy as refusal may offend. Booking an appointment at Ruah Organic is an acknowledgment of the aforementioned conditions.

 

ALLERGIES

Despite the gentle and pure nature of Synthesis Organics products, some people may be allergic to essential oils and other natural ingredients. If there is any uncertainty, we recommend administering a ‘patch test’ on a small area of skin on the neck. If it can be tolerated on the neck it should be fine on the face. Leave for 24 hours to observe any possible adverse reactions before commencing full use. In the unlikely event of an adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately. In extreme case, skin can be neutralized with baking soda and distilled water solution and a cool compress or organic yoghurt.

If you are doing a patch test with a Synthesis Organics product that contains Glycolic Acid, Lactic Acid, Salicylic Acid or other AHA’s, it is normal that the skin may be slightly pink but this should usually subside within 10-15 minutes.
