Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes it is necessary for you to change your schedule. However, your booking time is totally allocated to you and no-one else. Therefore, out of consideration for your therapist and those clients who have missed a booking due to their allocated time slot being booked, we kindly ask you to provide a minimum of 2 working days notice for cancellation or rescheduling, or a full service fee will apply. A credit card or gift voucher number will be required to secure your booking. Thank you for understanding. DECEMBER: For the month of December, we require 48hours notice for all cancellations and rescheduling of appointments.
