LEMON BALM
This herb has been used for many centuries and in modern times is recommended to assist with relaxation and rejuvenation. This herb is also believed to have carminative, antidepressant and sedative properties.
CHAMOMILE
If you didn’t know there are two types of chamomile flowers, German chamomile and Roman chamomile. Here at Tea Esk we use German chamomile grown in Egypt. Chamomile is one of the most ancient medicinal herbs known to humanity. Chamomile may reduce stomach cramps, nausea and has said to be very effective for insomnia and nervous conditions such as anxiety.
PINK ROSE PETALS
These aromatic beauties are said to be rich in antioxidants and have high levels of vitamin C.
LAVENDER
One of the world’s most beloved herbs that are well known for its soothing effects. Lavender is believed to have anti-inflammatory, muscle relaxing and sedative properties. As an herbal infusion, it has been used to assist with anxiety, indigestion, insomnia and restlessness.
CORNFLOWERS
Cornflowers are said to hold high antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
