Winter Wellness

With winter approaching and germs spreading, there is not a better time to get on board and become an Essential Oil user.


My go-to oils during winter:

~ On Guard - Protective blend, diffused, applied to bottoms of the feet and used in a hand wash.

~ Easy Air - Clears airways when diffused and applied topically.

~ Lemon - A drop added to my morning tea supports a dry throat

~ Oregano - When sick, apply Oregano topically and diluted along with Lemon, Tea Tree, Frankincense and On Guard to the neck.

~ Lavender - Promotes a restful sleep and calming environment

~ Peppermint - Applied to the temples and back of neck helps to alleviate head tension.


A diffuser is a must-have appliance in the house.
