Sunday 2nd April 2017.

Early morning wake up in Vancouver, waiting for our bus to arrive at 5am, Two hours & a cheap bus ride later we had arrived in Whistler. Our accommodation for the week was at the Peak Lodge Hotel in the Whistler Village. We spent majority of the day sitting in Starbucks planning out our time here & then had our boards and boots fitted for tomorrows first day on the snow. Our hotel had a kitchenette so we stocked up on our groceries for the week & had a much needed, greasy McDonalds feed for dinner.

Monday 3rd April 2017.

9am, went straight to the Whistler Gondola & had to line up with approximately 40 other people. Finally got to the top & I was teaching Jess to snowboard, lucky for me, she picked it up immediately and was able to ride along with me in less than 2 hours later! Late breakfast/ Early lunch we cooked scrambled eggs & avo whilst watching the next few episodes of Riverdale. For dinner, we cooked Spaghetti Bolognese, had a few wines & went to Buffalo Bills for some crazy cocktails. Unsure of how much time went by, we had met up with quite a few of the locals who took us to the night club called Garfs.

Tuesday 4th April 2017.

After a huge night that had us going to bed at 7:30am we were unable to move all morning and so watched Cinderella in bed, ate Malteezers with hot chocolates and eventually made Garlic Alfredo Spaghetti for dinner.

Wednesday 5th April 2017.

Still seriously hungover, we had a late start, cooked scrambled eggs & headed up the mountain for some snowboarding. That afternoon we made tacos & watched Wentworth.

Thursday 6th April 2017.

Eggs again for breakfast, and up the gondola to explore a different part of the Whistler Mountain. After having a bad crash, and still feeling hungover, we went back in and ordered a pizza from Avalanche Pizza and watched/ laughed at the Barbie series on Netflix.

Friday 7th April 2017.

Short snowboard session in the early morning and afternoon walking the streets, looking through the shops (on the search for a helmet) & eventually went back to the hotel to have wine & cheese and play some cards. Went strolling through the town that night and got donuts for dinner from the supermarket.

Saturday 8th April 2017.

Snowboarding & Scrambled eggs, it was becoming routine.

For dinner that night we went to Old Spaghetti Factory and absolutely loved it! - Was the best service we had the entire trip.

Sunday 9th April 2017

Spent the morning Snowboarding then got on a bus to go snowmobiling! What a great time that was! We shared a snowmobile and took it in turns driving, got upgraded to a faster tour & was in front the entire time. (I think they underestimated us two small young girls - we were adrenaline seeking) To finish off the ride we had Apple Cider & cookies in a cute cottage in the snow.

Monday 10th April 2017.

We decided today to do something different and go zip lining. We went on 5 ziplines and 4 tree top tours in the middle of the Whistler & Blackcomb mountains. For those adrenaline junkies, this experience was epic! (We even saw bear claw marks in the trees).

For dinner we went to The Irish Pub & listened to live music from the WSSF (World Ski & Snowboard Festival).

Tuesday 11th April 2017.

Sadly, we left Whistler at 9am and got a taxi from Vancouver to the airport. After hot chocolates & croissants we were on our next flight watching 'Rogue One' to Toronto.
