Have you ever taken the time to be thankful for the life you live?

'Struggles & problems in your life are more likely to disappear once gratitude starts to take place'. Take a step outside, think about how far you've come in your life, If you are consciously thankful for everything good in your life you will ultimately begin to feel good about all your blessings.

Be constant with gratitude. Persistence is key.

Start with your thoughts, keep a diary of all that your appreciate.. Begin with the thought of being able to see, to smell, to walk, to talk, and to move.

Shift onto your relationships in your life, the material things, where you live, your dreams, your faith.

Don' forget about the things that haven't happened yet either, A holiday/ trip planned, a wedding, a baby, christmas, a family gathering.. Be thankful for those exciting times ahead

If you are someone who can't write things down, try meditating, saying thanks aloud, or prayer.

Gratitude is the first and most important key to a happy life.
